UBER JUNTOS NAMING
The best solution for a complex product is the simplest one.
So in order to improve the user experience of 20+ million riders, I had the honor of creating the name Uber Juntos.
It replaced the classic Uber Pool.
The new product copy was a remarkable milestone, once it has revamped the local audience knowledge regarding its core value proposition. And guess what? After a few months, It allowed Uber to get a ride with the Brazilian meme of the year, "Juntos e Shallow Now".

The whole country was impacted by the buzz, and this little hack generated millions of dollars of earned media, significantly increased the app usage, and brought incremental gross bookings to the company.

The CCSP (São Paulo Creative Club) awarded this case with a golden and a bronze star.
